Shipping & Returns


Mirrors ship on average within seven business days. Your mirror will ship from the  manufacturer's warehouse directly to you. Some manufacturer's make will your mirror to order and they can take a bit longer. Shipping is to the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Oversized Mirrors are shipped by common carrier and are "curbside delivery" only. Smaller mirrors ship via UPS/FedEx. Curbside Delivery provides delivery made to the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. If damage is noted it is best to refuse the delivery and note damage on the delivery ticket (we will send out a replacement at no additional charge). The trucking company will contact you to arrange delivery at a convenient time. (Please enter a valid phone # when placing your order) Any additional services requested from freight shippers such as delayed delivery, storage, inside delivery or any other service than curbside delivery are at the customers expense. Damaged Mirror: If you receive your mirror and it is damaged, you must report it within 3 days. We cannot take responsibility for damages beyond this point. Please note any damages on the freight bill of lading before you sign for the mirror. It is best to refuse a damaged mirror and note damage on the delivery ticket. You must call us to report mirror damage within 3 days of receipt even if you refuse delivery so we can expedite your replacement mirror. We cannot file a claim with the carrier if damage is not noted on the freight bill. We will send out a new mirror to replace one damaged in shipment at no additional cost. If for some reason you do not want a replacement, we will refund your purchase or issue a credit to select another mirror. We may require photographic proof of damage and may have the mirror returned at our discretion. Please call 814-870-9301.


If you do not like your product for any reason (size, color etc.) you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned products and the customer pays for return shipping. The product must be in an unused condition. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please contact us to receive a return authorization and ship to address. Returns without a return authorization will be refused. Please call 814-870-9301. A credit or refund will be issued after receipt of the mirror less the original and return shipping and handling costs. Customer is responsible for shipping the item back. If customer received free shipping or purchased white glove service the actual cost of shipping will be deducted. Mirror must be repacked in its original packaging including interior packing. We cannot accept any returns that are not in the original packaging.
